1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Patton Elite Firearms website (pattonelitefirearms.com) or purchasing products or services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services.

2. Firearms Purchase Requirements

All firearms purchases are subject to the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase rifles and shotguns
• You must be at least 21 years old to purchase handguns
• All buyers must pass an FBI NICS background check
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required
• All applicable ATF Form 4473 must be completed truthfully
• All transactions must comply with federal, North Carolina state, and local laws
• We reserve the right to refuse any sale at our discretion

3. ITAR / Export Control Notice

Certain items sold by Patton Elite Firearms are controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 22 CFR Parts 120-130, and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), 15 CFR Parts 730-774. These items may not be exported from the United States without prior authorization from the U.S. Department of State or the U.S. Department of Commerce. By placing an order, you certify that you are a U.S. person (as defined by ITAR) and that you will not export or re-export any items in violation of applicable export control laws.

4. Prohibited Persons

Under federal law (18 U.S.C. § 922(g)), it is unlawful for certain categories of persons to ship, transport, receive, or possess firearms or ammunition. These prohibited categories include, but are not limited to: convicted felons, fugitives from justice, unlawful users of controlled substances, persons adjudicated as mentally defective, illegal aliens, persons dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces, and persons subject to certain restraining orders. By using our services, you represent that you are not a prohibited person.

5. FFL Transfer Policy

All firearms transfers must be conducted through our licensed FFL premises in accordance with federal and North Carolina state law. Online orders for firearms will be shipped to our FFL location where the transfer will be completed in person with all required documentation and background checks. 6. Membership Terms

Membership with Patton Elite Firearms is subject to the following:

• Memberships are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Membership benefits are non-transferable
• We reserve the right to revoke membership for violations of range rules, unsafe behavior, or any unlawful conduct
• Tier upgrades/downgrades take effect on the next billing date

7. Training Courses

Course registration is non-transferable. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled course may receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. All students must sign a liability waiver before participating in any training course. Patton Elite Firearms reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses and will provide a full refund if we initiate the cancellation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Patton Elite Firearms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services, products, or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
