Return Policy

Firearms

All firearms sales are final. Once an ATF Form 4473 has been completed and the firearm has been transferred, the sale cannot be reversed. This is required by federal law — once a firearm is transferred via an FFL, it cannot simply be "returned."

If a firearm is defective or has a manufacturer defect, we will assist you in coordinating a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer. Most major manufacturers (Sig Sauer, Heckler & Koch, Springfield Armory) have robust warranty programs.

Ammunition

All ammunition sales are final and non-returnable for safety reasons. Ammunition that has left our premises cannot be accepted back due to liability and safety concerns. Defective ammunition should be reported to the manufacturer.

Accessories & Merchandise

Non-firearm accessories and merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase if:

• The item is unused and in original packaging
• You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
• The item is not a special order or custom item

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Training Courses & Events

• 48+ hours before: Full refund or credit toward a future course
• Under 48 hours: No refund, but a credit may be issued at our discretion
• No-shows: No refund or credit
• Cancelled by Patton Elite Firearms: Full refund issued automatically

Membership Cancellation

Memberships may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (non-firearm), contact us within 48 hours through our contact page with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
