As a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL), we are required by federal law (18 U.S.C. § 923(g)) to maintain records of all firearms transactions, including ATF Form 4473 (Firearms Transaction Record). These records are maintained in accordance with Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) regulations and are not shared with third parties except as required by law.
